STORE POLICY
Our minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 20 pieces. Orders below the stated minimum quantity may not be accepted.
Customized Orders For customized bags, customers are required to provide their preferred design, logo, name, or other details before production. Please ensure that all information provided is correct, as customized orders cannot be changed once production has started.
Payment Orders must be confirmed with payment before production begins. An order is only considered confirmed after payment has been received.
Production & Delivery Production time depends on the quantity, type of bag, customization, and current workload. Customers will be informed of the expected production timeline when placing an order. Delivery time is separate from production time and depends on the chosen delivery method and location.
Changes & Cancellations Changes or cancellations may only be accepted before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations or changes may not be possible, especially for customized orders.
Returns & Exchanges Due to the nature of our products, customized orders cannot be returned or exchanged because of a change of mind or incorrect details provided by the customer.
If you receive an item with a confirmed manufacturing defect or an error made by Totes by Ify, please contact us as soon as possible with clear pictures or videos so we can review the issue and determine the appropriate solution.
Product Colours Colours may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, and your device screen. We do our best to represent our products as accurately as possible.
Customer Responsibility Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact, delivery, customization, and order information. Totes by Ify will not be responsible for delays or issues resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
